How do you get started?

Step 1

Book a Trial

We understand that starting a new fitness journey can be daunting and that gyms can often feel intimidating. Come and try, start with an informal chat where you can decide if we are a good fit for you with absolutely no pressure to proceed.

Step 2

Attend a foundations course

This can either be a small group course (4 x 1 hour) over a weekend or 1-2-1 (4 x 1 hours) at your convenience. Tuesdays 7:30pm and Sunday 9:30am. A coach will teach you the skills and movements you’ll need to get started in classes. We purposefully keep our group introduction courses small so that you can get personalised care and attention.

Step 3

Choose your membership

Get started with only 3 months commitment. Get into classes and have the best hour of your day!
